Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Divine Studios London, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following booking policy.

Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the studio directly. A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice may have their booking fee transferred to a new appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the booking fee being retained.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. If there is insufficient time to complete your treatment safely and to our usual high standard, your appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit any booking fee paid and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

Treatment Suitability

If, during your consultation, we determine that a treatment is not suitable for you due to medical reasons, previous work, or any other factor affecting the quality or safety of the service, we reserve the right to refuse treatment. Your safety and wellbeing will always be our priority.
